2. Special Provisions for Photos and AI Generation

We respect your privacy regarding visual content.

• No Biometrics: We do NOT use facial recognition technology or collect biometric data.
• Processing: Photos uploaded or generated are processed for the sole purpose of providing the plant care service (e.g., identification or diagnosis).
• Storage: By default, generated images are stored locally on your device. Any temporary processing on our servers involves one-time generation, after which the data is strictly deleted.
• No Training: We do NOT use your photos or personal data to train our AI models or for marketing purposes without your explicit additional consent.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
